Complete eejits do not understand what these do. Yes as normal headphones they are probably worse than average, shop elsewhere.
These are probably the best noise cancelling over head phones in the world, if this is what you need then you will value your purchase. Being able to sit on a long flight and just shut out the engine and other passenger noise while listening to music or watching a film without the volume up to full. There really are no better headphones of this style able to handle noise cancelling like Bose, they lead the world in this.
If you don't need noise cancelling then you'd be an eejit to buy these.

I would love a set of heavy metal headphones instead, they would feel great after a few hours on a plane

234 degrees and I posted a cheaper deal 2 weeks ago :disappointed:
It's the same price and I posted it a day earlier
People just auto-vote cold since this is Bose. This one reached -60 before slowly going up and stopping at 90ish heat. Didn't get to 'hot' until now - but unfortunately this has already expired.

The QC25 is not bad when it comes to sound quality. For this price, the sound quality and noise cancelling features you're going to get a bargain.

Metal headphones aren't generally heavy, if you want a good set of light headphones sennheiser momentums look like a good bet

Are you certain it was amazon.es and not a third party seller? It can default to a third party seller and be hard to tell it isn't Amazon. I had a warranty issue on my QC25 ordered through amazon.es and there was no problem with the serial number.

These are just brilliant at noise cancelling. Tried a colleague's pair out on a plane and they really make a great job of cancelling out the background air conditioning and engine noise. As well as making for a more peaceful flight, it means you don't have to have the volume cranked up to maximum to be able to hear the movies.
Do your research before ordering. I bought a pair of QC15 limited edition headphones from Spain to replace my worn out QC15's. I was getting some feedback noise at times between L&R earpieces. I called Bose to register them and they could not trace the serial number. After some investigation, they turned out to be fakes.

Interesting... I bought mine from Amazon.es. Not noticed any issues with mine, however think I may get home and call Bose just to be sure.

The soundlink are non-noise cancelling!
Sound quality of both of these Bose headphones are okay (no Beyerdynamic DT770 like) but the QC25 truly shines with the noise cancelling feature.
Try it at a Bose store near you, or where ever they stock it. You will truly be amazed!
How about these are they the new wireless ones? These seem to work out at around £140 where as they are £220 online?
Thanks

They are probably 80-90% as good for a fraction of the price.
