If anyone is thinking of getting this to play online, don't waste your money the online has been broken since the game came out. It can get boring quick without friends to play with

change your xbox one region (on your console) to Canada
login to xbox live website and change region to Canada (look at bottom left of xbox live wesbite - click country and change)
set up a canadian billing address on xbox live (google which states have the lowest sales tax, 5% is lowest btw) and use an address for a hotel like Holiday Inn (e.g.) you can find on google
purchase digital xbox live credit in Canadian currency (via play-asia or pcgamesupplies - or just google it)
apply the digitial code to your xbox live account (which has now been set to canada region as above)
start your xbox - or visit xbox store website - login and purchase from the xbox market place for canada
bingo
you can swap back (to your original region) any time you like after purchase - the game will still download regardless of your region
