Good price - currently on sale @ PSN for £16 (together) so I guess it's personal preference. I'm steadily going off physical versions.
As a game it's absolutely tons of fun. The graphics aren't up to GTAV standards but the game itself is hillarious and recently won the "Best Action Game" title on Rock Paper Shotgun for the PC version.

I saw it on the sale and was tempted to buy with my existing wallet funds, but then decided against in favour of a physical copy, just so that I could sell it on when I was finished with it. When I first got the console, I only got digital versions but since then have switched to physical after realising there's so many games I bought, hardly played and can't do anything with.

remember the ps4 version comes with a code of gat out of hell so it will already be used.

I bought from boomerang via amazon (a while back) and yup did get the code. If I remember right that was £10 including free postage, but this is still nominally cheaper than the digital combo sale.
Though like UberPark said Gat Out of Hell is a code even if we assume you get it, so there's no way of going full purist physical on this combo.
Just decide how much the physical digital SRIV Re:Elected is worth to you and compare prices from there.

Good price for it but I found the PS4 version of Saints Row IV frustrating as it has issues where it crashes the PS4 to the point where you have to hard reset it which happened about 12 times during my playthrough and the game never even got patched.

Strange, I played this on the PS4 and did every single mission and side mission as I thought it was ace, never crashed once.
