looks like it's only 1.5% on the balance transfer if you don't need the money transfer, check out their website, it's a 32 month deal also.

If you're paying it off before the 0% runs out you're not actually spending any more than you would if you'd saved the money up over the same period. Simmer down.

Yep it means I keep my cash in premium bonds and pay as much as I want off using monthly income and still get £50-£75 a month from PB wins. Then review in 2018 when the rate finishes!
