Just visited.
Yes it is closing but not until January 2016.
The clearance items are nothing special and it was a bit of a wasted trip. This may become a better deal after Christmas when they really want to discount items.
Staff confirmed that all worthwhile stock is being relocated to other stores.
In the meantime it's really just the usual kind of stuff you find in B&Q clearance. Don't get too excited.
