This is a bargain 13 night break to Ibiza in August School Holidays when certainly every school will have broken up for the holidays.
This is based on a family of 6 as the apartment is the same price for 5/6 so if you can have 6 it works out the cheapest but to adjust this just lessen the number of people.
The flight times aren't great and I've juggled the flights to get the best price but it means flying Easyjet one way and Monarch the other. I can't see any problems with this as it's the same airport. The only thing is luggage, it's not included here but you can add on cases to suit as I've no idea how much luggage a family of six need.
The apartment is in Es Cana called Apartmentos Art and the apartments have really good reviews only 200m to the beach.
Easyjet flights to Ibiza £231.98 @ www.easyjet.com
Transfers £89.22 @ www.hoppa.com
Monarch flights to London £312.42
Total £1673.21/£278.86pp

Went there years ago. From memory we played Bingo most evenings :sunglasses:.
Heat for the value.

Yeah from what I can tell Es Cana is a bit 'too peaceful'.
however I ind Monarch tend to beat Easyjet on flight prices to Ibiza, even though they have like 2 options to Ibiza.

Seems more of a family resort although reading through the reviews they do have a Thursday foam party for kids and a bar nearby called Popeye and three nearby beaches.
Best value flights was mixing Monarch and Easyjet to go all with one or the other made the price sky high for this period. I am aiming to find as many good value July/August deals as I can this year.....

es cana and santa eulalia are different places. I love Popeye's pub in Es Cana
I've been to neither I just checked out the reviews and people mentioned it being near Popeye's pub.

You have missed one night there 14/15th unless this is a part of a plan to check out of the hotel on the 14th and leave luggage in storage? or pay extra for one night? can imagine myself having to go to the airport at around 2 am with 4 children c'mon! ::wink:
Flight times are rather for young people not families. If transfers take 1hr 15 you will be in the hotel at around 3 am so first day probably in bed sleeping.

Ah yes, I guess you'd be leaving the hotel around midnight so you would probably be better either booking another night or negotiating to keep the room longer. Totally agree naff flight times though.

I came back from there about 2 months ago. Its a lovely place, plenty of bars and restaurants! Its not as quiet as people make out. If you want dance music etc go to Charlie's bar, family bar Popeye's and make sure you see Dave Rawson the hypnotist there he's awesome!!

I was there this year and a week was long enough, I wouldn't say peaceful but a bit too quiet for me. I disagree with the guy above, there are bars but I wouldn't say plenty., Trip Advisor lists 14 hotels and 20 restaurants so you can see this is not a big or lively place.

We have been to both resorts a number of times and have never had a bad holiday there! Lovely places, and great for families or couples.

Apartments Art are in Santa Eulalia not Es Cana. Two completely different places, beaches etc.so let's hop the Hoppa bus takes you to Santa Eulalia or you will have a long walk. Both places are great though.

Apologies I've checked and Hoppa.com does go there but it is £101.91 so £11 more. Actually scrap that, if you search on Hoppa for Art the hotel comes up and it is listed in Es Cana!!!!

Stayed in Santa Eulalia and Es Cana this year and they are very different places - Santa Eulalia definitely the nicer of the two, after being there for 5 days then going to Es Cana was quite a shock to the system. Santa Eulalia is a lot bigger and more cosmopolitan, lovely relaxed place full of mainly German and Spanish it seemed. Es Cana was like a mini Blackpool full of and catered to a British audience. Both have lovely beaches and scenery - so depends what you prefer.
Apartments Art definitely in Es Cana (the resorts are around 3 miles apart) as almost stayed there.
