Its a few inches too small but for the change to use free sync in general gaming, if i had AMD id get it.

There is a 24" model but its another £50. Imo 24" is too big for 1080p, so i guess its personal opinion

I'd take a 144hz over this freesync gimmick.

But i extremely doubt youll find a 144Hz monitor less than £100. In fact, i doubt you'll get one less than £200

Out of interest, why? Not trolling just genuinely curious. Huge amount of marketing nonsense spewed out by Nvidia and AMD over the last few years.

Gsync a gimmick too?

freesync can do 144Hz, this monitor is limited to 75Hz AFAIK.
I'd be looking at 1440p 144Hz as UHD is still only 60Hz.

Got one of those brand new for under £100? Thought not. Stupid comments.

There are 2 AOC 144hz monitors 23/24 inch under £200 on Amazon. I'm pretty sure one has been under £150 in the past, I'm sure it will again at some point. I almost purchased it before deciding to go 4k

Yeah it's TN as it's rated for 1ms response times.
I have been dreaming over an Acer Predator - 34" - 21:9 - 3440X1440 - Free Sync Monitor at 799. But its way too expensive. Thinking I'll perhaps get 3 of these instead, but I'm not sure.

22" is perfect for 1080p. Anything bigger is a waste at 1080p. But that's all personal preference

You mean anything smaller? Nothing big can waste 1080p. Somthing can be big enough that 1080p isn't a high enough resolution, but it can't waste it!

I use a 24" 1080p and when i first got it I thought it was too big. I'm used to it now but if I going to get a 1080p monitor again, it would be < 24"
