Received the item today. Brilliant item. Great service from Mark's Electrical. The guys who brought the fridge are superb. They had to remove the kitchen door to take it in and then fixed it too. A+++++ service. So far so good !

Unless you party every day, or have three GnTs each every night, an ice dispenser isn't as useful as you might think if you have no previous experience of them. Pulling the fridge out to clean behind it becomes an issue as it's plumbed in, and the apparatus inside takes up valuable storage space. I wouldn't bother with one again.
Is THIS model 700cm wide, or 700 deep?

not a bad deal and at that price if it lasts the period of time under the consumer protection act in that it lasts a reasonable period then happy days

I do not have any financial or other interests with Mark Electrical. I have never purchased anything from them before. My FF packed up and I was looking to buy a new one. I am yet to receive the item but thought to share this as I read good feedback reviews on both the FF and the retailer. I would update once I received the item hopefully in next few days.

Yes they can go wrong, & ours did "ice machine broke" while under warranty, luckily. But I still like the the idea of unlimited crushed ice on a Saturday night;). Ours is now about 10 years old & still going strong, it's an LG though, & I do think they were made a lot better then, unless you pay a lot more money for one.

If ur getting one of these, you will be sorry if it doesn't have the ice & water in the door.

You get what you pay for. To be honest I my self do not bother with neither as one can easily open the fridge door if you need water or ice. This has a twist ice maker in the freezer section, though. True, its not an ice dispenser, but better than an ordinary ice tray.

Disagree, if the ice/water dispenser go wrong - its messy

American-style.
Made in China, but then, everything is.
Our Westinghouse FF died yesterday, after only 25 years, well the fan stopped working so fridge bit doesn't get cold, getting spares my be difficult. Will have look at this versus Samsung.

Have bought many domestic appliances from Mark's over many years and for me the customer service experience has always been better than major high street retailers.

We thought the same, but after having a plumbed in one we wouldn't be without it now, but as you say, they are quite a bit more expensive
