Fancy seeing Milan, Berlin and Barcelona? Take a look at this little European multi-stop trip? You can adjust the time to spend more or less in each place to suit. Prices based on 2 adults.
22nd-24th January
You'll arrive into Milan from Stansted and spend 2 nights in the city. I've picked some great rated apartments right in the centre nr the station and metro. They are called Milan 71 Apartments and I've stayed here myself as well as a hostel in the city too and these apartments were great value, although toilet is shared but honestly this was not a problem as the apartments are so lovely, clean and well maintained. If you choose to stay a little further out you can get cheaper but will need to travel in.
To get into Milan there is the Malpensa Express train, the quickest but most expensive. Buses are frequent and although a little longer will be cheaper.
Make sure you head to the roof of the Duomo for great city vires and visit the Last Supper. If you extended your time in Milan the public transport is great and you could always visit other Italian cities.
24th-27th January
You'll fly from Milan to Berlin today spending 3 nights in Berlin. I've picked a hotel nr Berlin zoo which has good reviews and represents great value for money in Berlin, the November Hotel Franke Berlin, however if you wanted to increase your budget Berlin is a great value place for 4 and 5* hotels at good value. The hotel is near public transport that will allow you to get easily around the city.
27th-30th January
You'll fly from Berlin to Barcelona and spend 3 nights in Barcelona. I'd really encourage you to look at Airbnb if you are comfortable with it as we had a apartment shared with the owner which was lovely amd great value but here I've chosen another hotel on the outskirts but near to public transport. Again, it has good ratings and Barcelona has a good metro system that will allow you to explore. The hotel is called the Eurostars Lex.
No trip would be complete without taking in the Sagrada Familia and of course the colourful work of Gaudi.
30th January
You'll fly from Barcelona back to Stanstead today. There are a few different flights to choose from to allow you to make the most of Barcelona. I'd be tempted to pick the latter flight giving you another full day in Barcelona.
London to Milan £9.99 x 2
Milan to Berlin €12.74/£8.93 x 2
Berlin to Barcelona €14.99/£10.51 x 2
Barcelona to London €17.99/£12.61 x 2
All flights bookable @ Ryanair
2 nights in Milan £76 @ booking.com
3 nights in Berlin £70.26 with code @ hotels.com
3 nights in Eurostars Lex in Barcelona £86.55 with code @ venere.com
Total for 2 £316.89/£158.45pp
To get from airports there are so many options from private transfers to buses and trains. I haven't included the prices here as it depends on how you want to get to your hotel, eg price v speed and cost. The flight prices only include hand luggage.

Milan I think of fashion and food, Berlin I think of avant garde music and rain and Barcelona I think of wine and Sun. Sounds great. What a time to be an Agoraphobic goddamn!
On here look for the voucher code for Venere. It is the 12% off one posted on Hukd under voucher codes. I think it begins with P....
