Just been in the coop and picked up a cucumber and a meal for a fiver deal. Chicken pie, chips, carrots, jam rolly poly and ice cream. All tucked in the freezer for a day when I can't be bothered to cook :innocent:

I got a 10kg bag of pony carrots from my local fruit and veg store - will last me until xmas at least!

Shame you have to decide one, would have liked all 3 at this price :smirk:

Are the co-op vegs decent quality? I usually buy from Lidl, I think I saw 500g carrots for 27p in Aldi on the weekend.

500g carrots poor price...1kg for 49p Lidl and others
