This is what i found out, when you buy this sim you will have £5 credit and this credit can be transferred to your current EE sim by contacting Customer Service. Just say you topped up the wrong sim and they'll instantly transfer the credit to your sim.
Note
Use the buy it now option in eBay to purchase.

seller not letting anybody buy it.
Unfortunately, this item can't be purchased because the seller isn't accepting bids or offers on the item right now. :disappointed:
Thanks BuffDude01 just ordered a couple. :sunglasses:
The ebay one is still not working for me.

Call up EE customer service and aay that you've topped up the wrong sim, amd they'll transfer the credit. For verification purposes, they will ask when's the last time you topped up, say it was done by voucher.

"Unfortunately, this item can't be purchased because the seller isn't accepting bids or offers on the item right now." I think EE has banned me from buying them since I've purchased two of them over a year ago.

Please note that you may only buy two pay as you go units in total per household within a three month period.
As above others have said the same thing as you. Buy now works, add to basket doesn't.

I buy 4 every 3 months.....2 on my account & 2 on a relative at a different address......for the backup phone in the car it costs me less than £1 a month to keep it ready for use .....just bought the next 4 by the way

27 Oct 15#22
Nope i still can't. this promotion has been on and off for almost 2 years. Both add to basket and buy now are banned. They tell you 3 months period but they lied. Otherwise I would have got more than 10 sim cards by now.

I agree with you i have been trying for the last year and still not be able to order any again was well over a year ago the last time i got any.
That's probably why i keep getting the message: Unfortunately, this item can't be purchased because the seller isn't accepting bids or offers on the item right now.
Didn't think it could be that i ordered sims over a year ago and they won't let you have anymore.

So why do you think it won't let me buy any? not bought any for over a year.
corred1964

I've managed to buy 2 every 4 months no problem.....could it be another reason ? Could they have added you to their blocked list ? Do you not have a Paypal account linked to your eBay account ? These could all be reasons

I bought from another email address this time, do you think it's worth contacting the seller to cancel one of the sims. I think this is how i got blacklisted on ebay!
corred1964
27 Oct 15#38
Up to you....you could say it was an error.....as they are a business you have the right to cancel within 14 days on eBay anyway.....on the other hand you may be drawing attention to yourself !

You must be one of the lucky one's for i have not bought any for a least a year and still cannot buy any.
I even tried the first time to buy one on this lot they were selling.

27 Oct 15#41
I begin to think EE has blocked everyone who bought 2 sims when this deal first came out (about 18 months ago), that's why some lucky ones might be able to buy it, some people don't. If I bought 1 in two separate transactions I would have got out of the blocked list. Anyway, just create another ebay account if you bother.
steve9999
27 Oct 15#42
I bought from http://www.rakuten.co.uk. I cannot buy from ebay, guessing i was blacklisted for buying more then 2 in 3 months. Last time i bought from ebay was Nov 2014...Now i don't want the same thing to happen with rakuten

i never buy anything of my second ebay account.

Could be the linked Paypal account issue then....won't be ip address as sellers cannot block IP addresses on eBay ....or maybe a blocked home address

yep there must be a buy limit in place.

27 Oct 15#45
They could have you on their blocked bidder list for some reason......
Do you have your Paypal linked to your eBay ? If not they may have a restriction only allowing purchases from those who do

27 Oct 15#47
Yeah i must be blocked never mind i got a couple from Rakuten with no trouble He/she must be blocking IP.
Paypal fine i buy and sell all the time that's what makes me think its the IP because both my accounts are blocked.

They also block you if you complain or open a dispute. I had a two sims go missing in the post, complained and was told they had batch go missing. They re-sent, i received and left positive feedback. I've been unable to buy anything from the EE ebay store since and this was a year ago. I even received an email from the company operating the EE shop, it must have been accidental as it had something like dispute/blocked list in the title.

27 Oct 15#49
Sellers on eBay cannot see IP addresses to block them.......as a seller I know....you are buying through eBay....the IP address is never transmitted to the seller
The only possible blocking options are :
Buyers without a PayPal account
Buyers with unpaid items recorded
Buyers in locations to which I don't post
Buyers with policy breach reports
Buyers with a negative Feedback score
Buyers who may bid on several of my items and not pay for them
Buyers with no credit card on file
Buyers who have purchased more than x items from me in x months
Buyer is on my Blocked Bidder List

don't know why to be honest, I only politely queried if they'd sent them as it had been a few weeks. They then told me about their loss so it was obviously my fault.

Got none of them my accounts are all fine 100%. both have paypal upto date and have credit cards on file with money in never been blocked before and had both accounts over 10yrs.
Just used my wife's account and it went through ok no problem strange.

corred1964
27 Oct 15#54
I should add that you do not even have had to make a purchase from a seller on eBay to find yourself on a Blocked Bidder List......I'm only a small private seller on eBay....selling stuff from downsizing house....but I have over 200 on my BBL....and only 30% will ever have had dealings with me directly
