I can't seem to get the code to work, it goes in ok till I press place order then it rejects the code??

It's happening to me as well, says please enter a valid voucher code and try again. Even though it does actually take the discount off the order won't go through

Could be a case of the code can be used once per account? Have you guys already used it once?

Me neither, I also tried the one on quidco OCTPAYDAY2 and the exact same thing happens were it takes the discount off and then comes up saying enter a valid code when I submit my details

Does everyone know you need to be signed-in with your Rakuten account in order to use discount codes

I couldn't get that code to work, it just said please enter a valid voucher code beside the voucher box lol! Having no luck :smiley: I am logged in as well.

Tried all three, OCTPAYDAY, OCTPAYDAY2 and OCTPAYDAY3. None of them worked

I believe you have to log in 1st, cannot do quick checkout.
