None in my local, sold out. :disappointed:
Hope I can get some before the price goes back up!
Dunno why though, cos no one eats them on xmas day since there's always so much choice of deserts!

After Eight Mint Chocolate Thins (After Eights) are a confectionery product that are intended to be used as after-dinner mints. They were created in 1962 by Rowntree and Company Limited.
in other words RETRO, sadly just like Cadburys Rowntree are now under foreign ownership, soon there will be nothing left to sell
Elevation to GuyFawk
4 Nov 15#58
That's....not the definition of retro. It's just previous ownership of companies.

I was seriously contemplating re-posting all hot deals that are 4 weeks old and still active/live
Absolutely pointless 4 week decision - IMHO if the deal is still live then it's a re-post - isn't that what the search function for?

Never ever any stock,in my local morrisons they use the space where the after eights meant to be for other products, once it's back to normal price it will get its space back.

Same in ours but they put them right by the checkout like at the side of the conveyor belt, spotted them and the £1 chocolate oranges the other week when hunting for the smarties pumpkins so bought 2 chocolate oranges and passed them off to the kids as chocolate pumpkins

Best are the ones with highest cocoa solids percentage. Tesco value are 50%!

4 Nov 15#36
If you're talking about the 200G green box of Tesco Mint Thins then you may be right about the cocoa solids but you're wrong about them being the best. I've seconds ago tried them for the first time and their foul. Just a mouthful of dark chocolate taste and no real mint filling. They're not a replacement for After Eights at all.

After Eights are a traditional mint so yeah they are retro, if all you have to say is just pathetic sarxcasm i must assume you are just another loser
One of the best mints, it's a shame they took the Royal crest of it.
