OCT99 code has expired so I thought I would try NOV99 and it worked. Just click on the 'I have a promotional code' small print when beginning a membership and type NOV99 into the box.

Cheers OP. I signed up for the trial tonight. Searched HUKD, found this, cancelled and got 3 months for £0.99. Appreciate the post

Does this work in conjunction with the free one month trial you can get? Would I essentially get 4 months for £2.97?

You could probably do the free trial, cancel then do the NOV99 deal. I've just gone back on the NOV99 code after cancelling a previous deal earlier in the week.

The stormlight archive books are among the best audio books produced. I think you should give them a try.

Nope but if you buy or own kindle version you usually get the audible version at a big discount, and your position in each version is synced so, if you are listening on audible and decide to read the kindle version it will open at the last point you listened to.

Thanks. My littlest prefers reading paper books and I just ordered him the two Stormlight Archive books from Brandon Sanderson after he enjoyed the Mistborn series so much. They are hefty tomes and being able to get them on Kindle for effectively £3 would have been nifty, but not essential. I'm not sure if he'd want to just listen to them on his tablet.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but does the Audible copy include a Kindle copy for reading the old fashioned way?

Interestingly they are about to pull support for Sonos systems. Got an email this week.

+1 for Mistborn, not listened to them though so no idea how the voice acting is. I'm currently listening to Ian Irvine's Three Worlds Series at the moment.

Audible is fantastic, even at £8 a book it's good value but if it was £5 I'd subscribe and never cancel. As it is I just wait for these deals and re listen to old books.
If you like fantasy books, the mistbourn trilogy is great. Also the lies of locked lamora books are fantastic audio books, as are the books starting with the blade itself.

is this supposed to give unlimited books for each month? I've been given one token for one book and then buy the rest...
