Yesterday the deep sea vessel was £59.99 full price, now it's £59.99 sale price with rrp £79.99 what a load of rubbish,
Last Sunday it was on sale for £48.99 and I ordered it and toys r us cancelled my order without telling me! I had PayPal email and order number but they deleted it from my account, only found out when I was expecting delivery and queried it

Cool, yeah Brickset website has details and instructions I think. I enjoyed building the space lego and getting my 4 year old to dig through a huge pile of lego to find the pieces.....he destroyed it not long after building though.

thats a beauty, i think this is the one i had. i must still have all the bits somewhere. i have found a place online that logs all the old manuals so this will be a nice job for me and my son when he is old enough

I asked about price match recently in store and was told that they only price match against other physical stores e.g. Tesco, John Lewis etc. and specifically not to Amazon

one of the big ones  cant remember the exact one and it was in October but it still stands, check the prices, every time we have checked there are definitely savings to be had elsewhere, only once was it the same price and the lego shop was even than toys r us. it takes second to check and even at their you age they understand the value and would rather wait than waste money.
quick check one example, cheaper than toys r us, £119, Amazon £87.13 granted its only 21% cheaper and when the offer is on its around the same price
Please check prices against the likes of Amazon before buying, took son there to spend some birthday money and ever price we checked was much cheaper on Amazon to the extent that something for £140 was £75 elsewhere. :disappointed:

prices seem a little inflated at the mo. 20% off probably brings it down to the price it was at a couple weeks back
