That's the early flight, go for the latest one (gives you a full day in Prague). Infact looking at those times again on the flight from London to Prague I'd go for the early flight for another 80p per person so you have three full days.

Good find OP. Went to Prague earlier this year what a lovely city. Great food and beer and nice and cheap if you avoid the tourist traps. lowest we paid for 70p for staropramen unfiltered

If you buy singleticket from Prague to London on these days the price will be in Euros which is 19.99 euros is cheaper then 19.99 pounds

Buuuuut, unless you find the tiny opt-out box, Ryanair will use their own conversation rate, which isn't market-competitive or likely to be charged conversion fee by bank.

Or even train e.g Berlin-Prague also an overnight option....
