Google are offering 10% off all of the above from the play store for play music subscribers.
Limited time offer (doesnt say when it ends sadly).
I've not had an email or anything, noticed through their twitter account.
If you go through to payment on anything it will deduct the 10% automatically.
Its not limited to one purchase, I've just bought two apps on my want list with 10% off each.

Confirmed this works with trial too, just done it and showing discount before purchasing.

If anyone has a chrome cast, check your offers through the app. Mine lists 3 months Play Music subscription for free (you are charged after the 3 months unless you cancel), should then be able to take advantage of the above offer.
