Not purchased myself yet so cannot give an indication of quality but will pick one up and if it only gets used once or twice then it will pay for itself. Experience tells me that these types of things come in well handy in the garage.

This is a perfect tool for pumpkin carving!
Though As jonesinamillion said, doesn't have a lot of grunt and the bits are quite flimsy so it's not much good at tough tasks.

I side more with jonesinamillion that with chippytea. The machine is fine, the tools are not the best, and the box is a nightmare - it is a pain to close, and the bits love nothing more than falling out as you put the thing away.
I haven't invested in a better one, and it didn't a great job for the use case that made me buy it (some finishing on an ancient bike rebuild).
If you are looking for a cheap tool, this is a great price for a cheap one.

Very pleasantly surprised with the one I ordered about 6 months ago from eBuyer. Didn't expect it to be much good but has done a great job of cutting metal side panels on my computer, and used it today to cut 1cm off some machine screws which were too long. I'd suggest these are fine for your average person, but if you are serious then consider Dremel or similar

I had one if these a couple of years ago, the machine is average at best and the tools are made of chocolate.
I subsequently purchased a Dremel so wasted my initial outlay.

I bought one these a few months ago,and for the money with all the extras it's a cracking piece of kit, ideal if you're into diy a little.
