FYI, on Step 5 on the Bundle Builder, there's an option to add Fallout 4 (including Fallout 3) for only £25. Brings the total to £325, but beats every price I can see for Fallout 4 on the Xbox One.
If you were looking to resell the games, the console would end up at about £225 (-£35x2 (Halo5 and Fallout4) - £30 (Fifa 16 Code)).

Does the console get sent now and Halo 5 later?
Also is Halo 5 a digital code or physical copy?

Also worth noting this is the Fifa bundle that doesn't come with a headset. If you are hoping to play Halo 5 in co-op this could be an additional expense, although it does include the 3.5mm jack compatible controller meaning you can use alternative headsets.
