Btw i thought i had another duff one when i couldn't get the icons to appear on screen. For anyone on bt homehub 4 or 5 remember to load up internet explorer first on your xbox one. Might save a few of you pulling your hair out!

I dont get how it's damaged so badly when the packaging looks ok. The front is hanging off the xbox, just had to hoover as there are small bits of plastic all over the floor.

Last 3 things i've bought have been nothing but hassle. Acer switch knackered touchpad, asus laptop sold as no fault customer return had a knackered screen and now this xbox that looks like it's been taken out of the box and dropped.

I went on live chat to them, and they are picking it up tomorrow. Maybe they will sort it out quickly, but i'm so disappointed and cheesed off.

What a bunch of clowns. They send me an email around midday yesterday saying my item is dispatched for next working day delivery. It says sent on dpd and then contradicts later in the email by saying royal mail. Then it says the address it's sent to and they leave that blank.

Today i try to trace it, and it won't trace. So i go to live chat, ask if it's going to be delivered today and the guy says yes, then gives me the address it's going to which is my old address and isn't on ebay or paypal.

After another 10 mins of contradictions and bs that i can't be bothered to type up, i'm told it will be delivered tomorrow to the correct address, as it goes to the address on paypal.

Talk about making things hard work by giving out mis-information and bs.

Or shopto get wise to people buying with 10% off and increase their prices 10%. There will always be a better deal in the future because this is technology and so devalues over time.

Got one for £225 on 26th October with eBay code. Don't look at your emails. If you click My Ebay and look at the bottom it'll say something like "You have a 10% off voucher", click that and then find your code. Buy the console and input the code before you pay. Good luck people!

You're welcome guys. I've been dithering over buying one for the last week or so and eventually bought one today. £225 and selling Fifa means an Xbox One for under £200 which is a bargain......even if there are better deals on Black Friday i still count this as a bargain.

Now just got to try to find a 12month code for EA Access as i don't fancy putting my credit card details on their system.

I've not had an email from ebay yet, but i did have a 10% off a few weeks ago that i never used and cheekily tried to use it for this deal even though the voucher date had expired.

I can now get this for £225. The voucher is viewable when you go into "my ebay" and wasnt there yesterday and has to be manually added at checkout.

Yeah it's very simple. The console will come with a card which has the redeem code on it. Once you've hooked your console up to the internet, enter the code and the game will download straight to the hard drive.

If you have a faulty code (which I would doubt very much) Microsoft customer support are very good and will sort you out with a new one.

May I ask a question or two please? My son currently plays Fifa 15 on a PS3, but wants Fifa 16 on an Xbox One for Xmas. He wants the Legends which you can only get on the Xboxes. This is obviously a great deal, BUT will he also need Kinect for better game play? Is there any other way of getting the Legends without an Xbox? He might also need the physical copy of the game as I've heard the downloads often crash.

Can one of you with your superior Fifa and gaming knowledge please advise? Thanks so much.

I got my X360 Slim from shopto, it was a Christmas flash deal a few years ago and I personally had no problems; it was as advertised and sealed etc. A few people however did get open boxes and ones which were very obviously customer returns. No surprise that some people are wary of them.

I have no idea how this can be rated hot with the feedback of the ebay seller. About time HUKD monitored the deals before making them hot & people getting ripped off.

It's getting to the price where i'm seriously thinking about buying it. If only ebay would send me another 10% off electronics that they sent me a month or so back that i never got around to using, i wouldn't hesitate to buy it.
