Dont have one tho the controller disconnects at random times alot and MS wont fix it :disappointed:

Sounds like an old issue? Have you tried updating the controller in the settings?

Yup tried everything i found on the net including getting a new controller, tho some ppl have had 2 or 3 xbox ones all with the same issue even on the new forza model. Comes down to luck i guess if u get 1 without the problem.

I got mine from there 6 months or so ago.
I had an issue with them sending through the £50 vouchers they were supposed to, but they just refunded me £50 instead in the end, so no complaints from me!

Is this company reliable? A quick internet search comes up with VERY variable reviews of their customer service and reliability.
Very tempted by this as it's a great price, but maybe it's too good to be true. Anyone had good/bad experiences of using them?

Ive contacted them twice now via the form on there site (They don't have a contact number!) asked about delivery and if it will be on the 10th as its coming from Ireland to the UK, had no response :/ pretty annoying!
Fingers crossed it will turn up on the 10th, customer service is rubbish!

They finally got back to me and have said it won't arrive in UK until the 11th! Not happy! Surely they could have arranged it to get there on time?
