Ah see for me it was the opposite. I can't stand the driving in this version and find it so much harder to do than the old PS2/PC versions of the game. Found found targeting a bit easier in them too. Maybe just a preference thing then.

It's playable for driving cars, bikes, planes, trains and whatnot. I honestly hate the target aiming in the old GTA games because it's too damn innacurate and awful.

It's still a decent game just this isn't a good version for consoles as it was built for phones and some of the music from the original isn't in there since the music licenses expired.

Can this be bought on xbox one consoles?

I had plenty of fun replaying it. Definitely a few issues mostly with the cut scenes. Had a few where there was no sound except what appeared to be the sound of waves but as I had played through it two or three times on ps2 I wasn't too worried

Be warned this is a poor port of the game, the framerate is awful and incredibly laggy and the controls are a bit different. Still a fun game and cheap too but just be prepared before going in.

Sorry for going slightly off topic here but still on R*. I bought Bully a while ago thinking how great that was but in all realism it's not. Game mechanics have improved a lot but it still doesn't excuse a port of a mobile version of a game.

I heard this was an awful buggy mess with striped songs and barely any improvement to the textures.
Stuttering cutscenes. Surprised this hasn't been fixed by R* shame because San Andreas is awesome on my phone.
I'll stick to my Xbox 1, PS2, and PC versions.

I will never understand how rockstar makes first class AAA games, but they cant port for crap.

This is why some things are best left in the past. This game was amasing when first released, looks god awful compared to todays games, unfortunately

Still worth it for the soundtrack though.

It's not very good, I got excited when it was released but didn't play for more than twenty mins. I'd avoid

I played maybe an hour or so myself but I'd say the same, it's just a bad version of the game.

Yeah not very good at all, I paid this price when it first came out and only played the first mission.in my opinion it's better to just have good memories of a great game, rather than play this.

This is a long way from HD. It's not a lot different graphically from the PS2 version:

This would be worth it if it didn't crash but even after all the updates it's still pretty bad.
Also, the controls are awful and its a challenge in itself to aim and kill someone.
