Not everybody's cup of tea it seems, but I really enjoy it and the kids love it.

Whats your point?
Just to add rubberbullets, their other listing for the same game is £33.95. Now I know its not in the same league as 70p off some cheese slices, but I am trying my best

Good price, although could 'possibly' do better by going through bespoke offers...I got an offer of £26.29 fulfilled by Base.com with mine (price beating Amazon at £32)...heat added though, great deal.

A very hot deal. I'm on the fence about this game though. I love Mario platformers 2D and 3D but I'm not really into making levels, so I doubt the main point of this game would resonate with me. Somewhat interested in trying other players levels but feel that much of the point of making progress through the worlds would be lost as you are effectively just playing individual levels(?) and hence there is no sense of progression 'real' mario platformers have. I've also heard the Nintendo levels included aren't up to the usual standards, plus as the wii u lacks any kind of achievement system I feel this game could be very short lived for me but interesting nonetheless.
Maybe when it hits ~£25....

i bought this mostly for my Son, I personally have no interest in creating my own levels... but I have to say it's really fun, very intuitive, I've enjoyed it a lot more than I imagined.

I had the same reservations and picked it up for £25 (well £21...£26 with 18% cashback) I view it like LittleBigPlanet though, I never created levels for that, but enjoyed the story mode and others creations. Providing you go through guides of what good levels are out there to avoid the rot then there is great fun to be had on a game that's easy to dip in and out of anytime you feel.

Good price, although I bought mine from Very, using a £20 credit that they sent me - I paid £31 & got the game and an imaginext batboat too!

Bespoke offers apparently won't accept links from this retailer when I tried it just. :disappointed:

That's probably because game collection like to sell European versions of games. I bought Halo Reach collectors edition and got the Nordic version, although all of the game is in English, the box art and manual are not.

Ah fair enough then, not exactly like for like then is it. Shopto wasn't accepted either. I did what the other guy further up did anyway and asked for price match from Amazon. With the £10 Quidco bonus that should work out well.

For anybody concerned regarding the comment above, I preordered this from them, received it the day before launch and was provided with a full UK copy.

Its on Rakuten for £34.89 but apparently the code JWXFZAY5PQQ7DKOR gets you £5 off a £30 spend
plus you get 5% in points = 170 points (or £1.70)
Haven't checked if cashback might be available. Might go this way when my Rakuten points come in

Well if/when YOU can find 50p off some garlic chicken kievs, THEN you might be a deal poster worth a lick o' salt. Until then, STFU n00b.

My local OneStop doesn't seem to sell as my as them as I think they would like, they're forever in the reduced section for 75p, would that count? :smirk:

Just as I get criticised for some of my deals where there's only 25 to 30% off I felt it wasn't in keeping with the TITLE of the site HUKD as it was less than 10%. Not up to your usual high standard!

Every Wii U owner should own this game.

I really enjoy this game, especially being able to create my own levels, if you love Super Mario then this has unlimited replay ability.

Great game. 10 year old nephew absolutely loves it. I suspect the Minecraft generation might thoroughly enjoy.
If they'd bundled this with Wii U on launch they'd have been printing money..

Really not sure why they haven't come up with a search function

Yes, and if so then be able to include tags - I'm far too pre-occupide with rubbish puns for my level names to be making it search-friendly.

Agreed.
My favourite so far has been 'Wriggly Wiggler's Wrangling Ride'. Come to think of it, I think naming the levels is my favourite part...
