does anyone know if the toot toot car sets connect to this or is this a completely different set? thanls

I have bought this for my daughter for Christmas, I paid more than this and I am pleased with it, obviously we haven't played it yet, but it looks a good size, the characters look fun and say lots of phrases. I went on to buy the hospital to connect. I hope they are of the same quality we would expect from Toot Toot.
