They're based in Denmark and from time to time sell non-UK stock - that's probably part pf what allows them to offer some good prices. This is listed as an English copy, though.

The website seems to have a bad reputation as far as deliveries go and, as a rule of thumb, I try not to trust unknown sites that don't offer paypal as a payment option.

Also, how much time do you spend playing games for there to be nothing to play right now? Many great new games have been released recently.

Great collection for people that never played them before. It can even be good for people that have too. I still have the PS3 versions and loving this one. Photo mode is amazing and get to play on Brutal now. Crushing seemed to a be a lot easier compared to PS3 version.

About 35% into the 1st one atm, seems a lot like tomb raider but with tons of shooting…might get a little repetitive? but enjoying it so far.

Awesome games, played each one and cant wait for number 4 to come out.
There is though a terrible lack of games, new ideas and creativity so far on next gen. This will improve, all new consoles seem to have a slow start. I can't remember a title this year except the Witcher that I have wanted to own.

Alot of people had an Xbox last gen so never got to play these games. I personally had never played The Last of Us or Uncharted so these remasters are awesome, could do with being a tad cheaper though.

They are just talking out of their behinds "We did a lot of research" asking 10 people and 8 said they hadn't played it. Take it with a pinch of salt or they have looked at everyones PSN account and seen how many people have played it that way but that's bogus anyway......I have 3 accounts 1 has played uncharted the other 2 haven't....that's 66% of my accounts that haven't played it yet they are all my acocunts and I have played it making their research either way bogus.

On my dispatch invoice it states PDK DPD as delivery method. I have no associated tracking number. Looking at their terms and conditions regarding delivery it's highly likely that it's Royal Mail and not a courier. Royal Mail items sent aren't tracked.
The company is to be contacted on the 4th day after dispatch as by the 5th it's assumed the item has arrived so I would make sure you contact them today.
I've not had delivery, and looking at customer reviews in September, all those that preordered Fifa 16 didn't receive their items either. Refunds weren't offered but 'coolshop points' or their item dispatched again was. I would press for refund as I wouldn't trust them following recent feedback. It states that refunds can take 20 to 30 days after they've investigated.
The item would have been dispatched from Denmark so that explains the delay, my dispatch invoice stated 2-3 business days but this this has now been exceeded so you really must contact them today regarding non-delivery

Went on chat to them. No tracking number available. Was apparently posted 3 days ago first class and should have arrived today. Girl said if it doesnt arrive tomorrow then I should request a refund. Dunno why my invoice said DPD on it.
