recieved mine and happy with them (one white and one purple). the question is: is it worth it upgrading to windows 10? I have windows 10 on two other computers and prefers it to windows 8 but I am worried that these laptops will not cope with windows 10 and become very slow...any advice please

Bought this last year new from argos for £229. Never seen them anywhere near £400
No hardware problems so far but is rather slow on Windows 10

They sell thousands of these in store for nearly £400...
and most seem to end up on their eBay shop as refubs. .for a reason.
Not good enough. Clearly they keep developing faults. Not everyone is returning cos they didn't like it.
I've tried 3 diff refurbs from them. All went back. Still had big issues with them.
But superb after sales which is why I take the risk with them

Never been that impressed with Argos, however i have been today. At least they havent lowered themselves like shopto and zavvi and a few others that have ripped us off from making a good saving.
Definately worth looking around to see what Argos have. I picked up a gtech air ram for £160+ postage. Not very often you get a deal like that on an air ram.

Bought the white one with the code for my son..no problem (£175).Decided to buy the purple one for my daughter with the same code, it was accepted (£167.99) but when I checked my bank account online, they charged me the full £209. Contacted both paypal and Ebay and they could not help. Argos phone number is closed now...what a mess?..luckily I took a screenshot of the sale page confirming the price at £167.99
