Update: just purchased 7 x 375ml of Moët bottles (these are the cute small bottles) for £9.50!!!!
Im greedy so I bought them all. A great stocking filler. Fussy, I'm not a fan of Lanson but a great present for someone. Shame all those nasty stickers were plastered upon them. I did see some Lanson (white bottle) and Tattinger Rose on the shelf. Again these bottles had red stickers with "REL" on them. I really should have gone to the till and asked them to scan the bottles (price check).

My local Tesco has all these champagnes including the Krug but none are discounted. Is this only in England I take it?

Looks as if this was a store specific offer (at the Canary Wharf branch in Docklands, London) and these reduced price champers have sold out. Shame

Thanks for looking fussy. Managed to get some Moët 2006 vintage. I know, it's not the ultimate Krug but it will do. Ta

Well done Starbidder. I spotted one bottle of Lanson rose on the shelf, just under twenty quid, reduced from 37, trouble was it looked as if lots of 'yellow' (i.e. reduced price) labels had been stuck on it, then torn off - not the kind of thing to give as a Chrissy prezzie as I had in mind, lol

Tesco UK reduced their ranges in the OL by 25% and in Ireland by 20%. They are being fairly ruthless with their discounts to clear out the lines.
Always keep an eye in Tesco for a little * Asterix on the SEL(price label on shelf) as this means it's being delisted and at some stage(if not sold) they will dump the price for people to buy it. Sometimes during a stocktake they will write DL on the label.(delist)

Didn't compare them did I?
Just stating that Krug I like and Tattinger I find awful. Nowt to do with price...I've drunk a £100 a bottle wine and hated it, whilst preferring a £5 bottle over it.
