I meant to ask how long this type of extinguishers would be serviceable. Extinguishers cannot be used forever, and each one comes with an expiry date.

How long does it take for this type of extinguisher to be expired?

Thanks for taking the time to post that I ordered the ABC for the kitchen. One never knows....

Cheap plastic headcap extinguisher and only a BC. You get these in motor homes and such where a better B class performance is required - fuels etc. Much better for the car/home would be an ABC powder extinguisher that has the A class rating for general combustibles such as woods, papers, fabrics etc. Get one with a metal (brass) valve and a gauge.
I sell fire extinguishers and believe me, this is not a good deal. An ABC powder extinguisher made to BS EN3 is not an expensive item - search the internet and you shall find. Avoid the one in this deal.

Good deal was after a extinguisher so these can be used both in kitchen for oil fires etc and also electrical fires ?
