Why doesn't the bag add to the basket

For me the nus discount never made so much of a difference because I usually spend around 10 pounds on one purches and I couldn't use it online. Apart from that, when I was in a shop they said that I can only use nus discount if I have a loyalty card (and at the time they had non in stock). However, a month before that I was able to use it normally and 'the system allowed that'. I think I prefer boots overall as it has such a big variety of products, even though I don't get a discount.
