Agreed, they are probably getting by on small margins (they must be surely, with some of the prices they have) but I can't knock their customer services the times I've had to use them.
The first time I was dreading it, thinking aaawww an online company selling keys, no chance. I got an email and assumed it was an automated response, it wasn't.
A complete resolution on the spot, almost instant, very impressed.

No not automatically, but the difference can be refunded if you ask.
This is a low margin company selling game keys, not Amazon.

I bought this from cdkeys last week at £25 & emailed them last night asking for the difference to be credited to my account to be used on another item. I received the refund in about 20 minutes so it might be worth your time to send them a quick email.
