Contagion is good fun, like L4D with extra features, but Insurgency is great. A classic tactical shooter like they used to make.

Wouldn't bother with Monday Night Combat, empty servers. Plus the devs abandoned it for Super Monday Night Combat which they then went on to abandon too.
