Does look pricey but considering the amount of work that has gone into remastering this collection it is a bargain.

Less than £12 per season is an incredible price, I paid £40-50 per season as they were released and don't regret it for a second as as I was able to enjoy them over the last few years, those getting into it now sure are lucky.

4.3 shame they hadn't made it widescreen originally
They had enough for widescreen but it was too costly to digitally remove set equipment and other stuff in shot, a real shame indeed.

The 4:3 doesn't detract from the show. You don't notice after 5 min. Especially as the restoration work is so good.

It's a pity these didn't sell so well as they have no plans to do the same to DS9. :disappointed:

It is indeed. DS9 in high definition would have been awesome but unfortunately would have been even more costly to restore as in the later seasons they switched to CGI instead of models which would have had to have been redone from scratch. DS9 would also have sold less as the original series and TNG are the two big ones in popularity.

Heat added for the price. Sadly, TNG is pretty crap when compared to Enterprise and Voyager.
Nah I'm joking. My fave:
1. TNG
2. Voyager
3. Original

Back in stock (dispatched within 3 working days).
I'd also love to see DS9 and Voyager given the remaster treatment. I understand CBS's position, they'll have two shows which need substantial investment, add to that the fact that TNG remasters are accepted as underperforming in sales. And there'll be less demand for Voyager and Deep Space Nine.
I think it will eventually happen - but it's a matter of how long we're kept waiting, we want them NOW. Maybe by then they won't even have a physical release. Which is a shame, I'd love DS9 Voyager and TAS added to complete the Blu-ray releases. I've done my bit including owning everything available on both DVD and Blu-ray - TNG Blu-ray's twice over even!

Would love to see ds9 so much action towards the end....
Sad to hear its so costly and not selling as well maybe with cgi and remastering tech it may get cheaper or easier to do in the future so one can see 4 lights.
