The game was delayed to 2016 so there's space for improvement and since Base doesn't charge till they get to the process of dispatch there's no fee.
Remember that this game is being developed by Platinum Games so they're definitely going to release a quality game when the time comes.
P.S.: It's always good to remind folks that SFZ is available for £29.49 until Base decides to increase the price (as they did with Xenoblade X).

By the time the game's out it'll probably be a dual release for Wii U and a launch title for the next Nintendo home console. :stuck_out_tongue:
P.S.: Base is now giving £1.23 cashback so it makes the game £28.26 which I've re-order since. Always nice to get it a bit cheaper.

I agree the graphics looked bad, But i think they will sort those out in the meantime, And the core Nintendo magic game play has to be there you just can't tell from the video clips and bad graphics, bet like the original N64 title, it is/Will be loads of fun to play!. Bring on those epic boss battles!!!.

Andross really wasn't all that hard, even on expert :stuck_out_tongue: Just make sure that you get to him with upgraded lasers and beat him first time (so that you don't lose the upgrade).

This game is potentially 6 months away from release. I wouldn't be ordering it yet. It looked rough as hell and needed the delay. I don't think it'll help much as the game is fundamentally bad. And they weren't even adding online play. Maybe the delay will add it in now.

From what I hear, only certain elements are being developed by Platinum - the graphics or somethinh?
Which is odd, game looks worse than Assault and that was 2 gens ago

I hope Nintendo buy Platinum games one day.... really enjoyed Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2. I've pre-ordered this at TGC .... good find for a potentially good game.

Have it preordered from TGC for £29.85, I know it is a few pennies more...

Preordered! Likely to have forgotten that I've preordered this come release date, guess it'll be a nice surprise for future self when it comes through the post!

Make sure you add their dispatch email address to your junk filter, don't want the surprise being ruined!

The worrying part of this title seems to be viewing the gamepad to aim fire. That doesn't seem a good idea IMO.

From what I undersrand, standard blasting is fine on the TV same as traditional starfox. The pad is for more precise aiming, probably come into play for boss fights and such.
