They are genuine of course..... The difference is CW are not an "authorised" dealer, meaning they don't have to sell the watches at the rate the manufacturers advise them to. This allows them to sell a watch at a discount albeit you're not covered by the usual limited warranty that you get (but are ultimately paying for with the higher prices) with authorised dealers. In reality, that doesn't trouble me in the slightest, my two automatic watches (Seiko Monster and Orient divers watches) have been absolutely spot on and if I'd paid the retail price, well I'd have paid close to £80-100 more than I did with these two watches. If you're willing to take a risk that your watch lasts over a year try CW. If you're willing to take a risk that customs don't charge you with import duty, try CW. If these factors worry you too much, go to H Samuels etc but be prepared to cough up a bit more.
Ultimately, in all of my web dealings, I've been utterly impressed, in fact astonished, with the service from CW and wouldn't hesitate to use them again albeit I've got too many watches......

The code CLEAR (on the Clearance Seikos/other brands) gives 10% off and takes a similarly-specced watch down to £36.

I got my Monster from Creation a while back..... Ultra quick delivery, no import taxes and the watch was perfect. They do not sell fakes and the company generally has a very good rep.
I would definitely order from them again.... although only for watches that are a lot cheaper than you can get here, and models that you cant get here. There is a small risk involved, to return a faulty watch to Singapore would be a pain.

Plenty of stories on watch u seek about the good and bad of creationwatches.
The good is the price (of course)
The bad is the risk if it turns up broken due to the carrier basically tough luck is the attitude.
So roll the dice on a cheap one unless you can afford the risk to lose money on an expensive watch

I got given one as a birthday present. very good quality but I do need to buy a machine to auto wind it as sometimes it stops due to not being worn for a day or so, then you have to re adjust it. Electro mechanical is better in that respect.

Couldn't recommend this company enough. A great place to get some decent watches instead of the stupidly overpriced, quartz dribble (I'm looking at you Armani, Boss, Michael Kors etc)

Regards the comments of paying taxes.Yes you are liable to pay taxes, in reality though it's unlikely that you will. I've not known a single person who has, The watches are packaged and marked as precision instruments.

It doesn't matter what they mis-describe them as, there's still VAT @ 20% to pay ... and with that an agents fee (was £8 last time I was charged)
The only way possibly around that is for the seller to also defraud HMRC by falsly declaring the value on the customs declaration form CN22. But customs can open and check contents of any parcel, and if they believe it to be undevalued, they will charge VAT on the value they place on the contents.

I've had a couple of parcels that were opened up by customs. I was left a card and had to pay a fee before the parcel could be released to me. Rare but definitely annoying when it happens.

I have had 5 watches off of them. Each time it is recorded as a "measurement device" and is not taxed. I am not sure if I have just been really lucky, creation have been really crafty, or customs have been inept. The truth probably lies between all 3. Top company and a great little beater watch.
