The Mini Bomber is Seasucker's newest and probably most versatile model. It's a two-bike fork-mount rack designed to attach to your car’s roof or trunk, or your SUV’s back glass. The plastic body flexes to conform to your car’s curves. Four 6” SeaSucker vacuum mounts give this rack plenty of muscle. It comes with heavy-duty Delta Bike Hitch Pro fork mounts. Excellent price.
I will rephrase that. Its an extortionate price but its a greatly reduced price and therefore a deal. I got the Talon for £125 Amazon.de but would have paid the extra for this.
If you have rockshox with 15 or 20 maxle then you will need the adapters at about £20 each.

I use it on the back of my old Range Rover p38.Good fit. I have also read that people are using this 2 bike version and adding a 3rd mount to it for a 3rd bike.

Only issue is the website is owned by "The Hut Group" & I've had numerous orders cancelled with them stating "Out of Stock"
Just remember to keep the car Clean & the suckers clean, otherwise they won't work

Voted cold purely by habit on all cycle posts due to the increasing popularity of the echelon style of riding contrary to the highway code rule of travelling single file on bicycles. Its like trying to pass three tractors and trailers nose to tail around here (living on a national cycle route) Come on boys I know most of you are high testosteroned athletes. but when I go out with my kids on a bike ride I always consider the motorists first, its the safe thing to do. Some of you make motorists take risks they wouldn't usually take down to frustration of being held up. :man:
It's not an arguemnt I care to get into (I own a MTB, not some crazy aero thing that requires I wear lycra! :P), though as a driver it rarely bothers me to have cyclists ride abreast of one another, if it wouldn't be safe for me to pass a car, under those same conditions, then I shouldn't be passing the cyclist either. Instead I'll hang back, wait till it's safe to pass, and enjoy my tunes. :smiley:

Cyclists are always very quick to quote rule 66, but what about all the other rules regarding cyclists that they tend to ignore. Rule 59:You should wear, light-coloured or fluorescent clothing which helps other road users to see you in daylight and poor light Rule 60:Which states when cycling at night your pedals MUST be fitted with amber reflectors. I am yet to see a set off clip less pedals fitted to a bike that have reflectors.
Rule 67: Which states you should be using hand signals when turning or manoeuvring. I have seen very few cyclist use hand signals.
Rule 70: You MUST NOT cross the stop line when the traffic lights are red.
I am sure there are many more violations I could find if I had the time but you get the picture.

Riding two abreast is safer for the cyclist. There is a road I cycle on which has double white lines due to blind corners & crests, but motorists will always overtake a bicycle at these dangerous places because ........... If an oncoming car suddenly appears they can 'hit the cyclist' & only the cyclist gets killed however riding abreast, they have to totally cross the white lines & suddenly ....... they are at risk of a head on crash & death. So when dangerous I ride abreast, when no danger, I ride single file to allow the cars free passage.

Contrary to rule 66 Busy Roads Muppet you are allowed to pass a slow moving obstruction on solid white lines but riding two abreast or more creates an even bigger hazard to an already dangerous part of highway :man:

Great deal, I've had one for a few months and it's a fantastic product, it's rock solid and can be configured for any car. Only negative point is it does leave marks on your car, they will polish out but if you're precious about your motor it's something to consider.
Mate of mine was going to get a Thule for 3 bikes and with fittings it would have cost nearly £400, he got the 3 bike version of this for less and it can go on any car without adapters.
Final word on Pro Bike Kit, yes it's hut group but I've found them near faultless for big items. From memory I ordered mine on Saturday night and got it Monday morning.

I suppose the cyclists in a group travelling four or five wide on a main road can assess at the time whether it is a busy road or not. When the road ahead is clear (which is the way they a facing and have no mirrors) but what about the 2 mile tailback they are causing. like I said I live on a cycle route in the countryside. If I pap my horn because I cannot physically pass the echelon usually someone turns round and gives me the bird. You don't own the roads you muppets. I truly hope my comment might have made at least one peddle bike rider more polite to other road users. Saying that most Audis have a bike rack on top. Say no more! :man:

Hi Bigsilly, you're right. It just takes common sense on both sides. 90% of time (except on cycle paths) I ride single file but when it's me or an inconsiderate driver overtaking at stupid points - blind corners or crests of hills, I'm afraid I have to look out for me.
BTW - I'm really looking forward to getting my seasucker bike rack. LOL
