Does anyone know how to get Amazon European sites to deliver to pickup locations? Ones in my Amazon UK address book don't appear on the .de or .it sites.

I think amazon.it have upped the price - the cheapest now is an Amazon seller, and when you look for the amazon.it entry its coming out at 489.24 euros / £373.88
Still a saving, but you can buy on Amazon.co.uk for £419.

Yep it's gone up unfortunately.

thats a shame. At around £340 it was a bargain, still cheap but its put me off :disappointed:

445 euros now!

Not via Amazon it isn't unfortunately, and that seller doesn't deliver to the UK

Theres one seller will do it for 455 euros, but once you add on his 20 euro postage, it takes it to within a few pounds of the amazon.it price.

I recently got a Note 4 from Amazon UK as an upgrade to my O2 contract. It worked out much cheaper than any deal that O2 could/would offer me. I took the opportunity to reduce my tariff, too, as I didn't really need unlimited calls and texts. I think, after stripping the cost of my allowances from the contract, the phone is costing an out £320 over 2 years.

I genuinely was thinking "aye right" when i read that and when i checked there its an easy tenner a month cheaper than o2 for the same package. I'm paying £19 a month, just ordered @ £31 a month for the same package but with the phone "free", so 24 x 12 = £288 for the phone!!!
Top tip!
Superb recommendation!

Help. I don't understand. What do I do?

Its a two year contract, not an outright phone purchase.
If you to amazon.co.uk and look up the phone, theres an option for £0.00 upgrade or new contract - just follow the instructions from there.
I was looking to buy outright, but thats a cracking deal, so went for it instead.

I don't mind taking a new contract for the right price. I'll take a look at this. My only worry is that the phone is pretty big.

I can't seem to get this at anything under £23.50 x 24. Am I doing something wrong?

Likewise. The size is pretty much perfect - the wife's S4 now seems ridiculously small.

Can i translate the amazon.it page to English so i can read it? which seller would be best to buy from? thanks!
None. Buy from Amazon.it or not at all. So many 1 star reviews for 3rd party sellers. Sure, you should be covered by Amazon, but is it worth the time, hassle, and registered postage back to italy?

I can get this for £31 x 24 months. With a decent amount of data. Is that better than any of the above offers?

I chose the Gold Note 4 on the O2 Upgrade Tariff at £23.50 pm for 24 months. It gives 500Mb data, 500 min, unlimited texts - plenty for my needs. For £27.50 pm, cheaper than O2 direct, you get 1Gb, unlimited calls and texts. Perhaps I should have posted this as a deal?!
Giffgaff would charge £10pm for a similar package, albeit with 1Gb of data, which equates to the phone costing £324.

I got my Note 4 on release day (Just over a year ago) on 02 from Mobiles.co.uk with Unlimited texts/calls and 1GB Data £28 pm Free phone. Found the deal here:
A good comparison tool if you are looking for a contract
Great phone, I use it a lot for browsing and watching YouTube and Facebook videos, but don't stream music/films etc. Have hardly ever gone over 500mb in a month in case anyone is worried it will eat data

Highly recommend Note 4 after using it for nearly a year, quality product. Android 6 marshmallow will only make it better IMO as reports say it's more efficient.

Thanks OP for posting and everyone else for your suggestions and guidance on several things. I have some queries:
1. Do we have to open an account on amazon.it to buy this?
2. If I pay by UK Debit/Credit card, there must be currency conversion charges?
3. Any charges if pay by PayPal? Say currency conversion again?
Many thanks in advance.

Anyone who's had this phone for coming up to just under a year like me. I noticed my battery doesn't hold same charge, no massive deal, but I contacted o2 and insisted that the battery holds less charge than before, even admitting heavy use. I assumed it was under some kind of warranty still which it was (1 year). I pushed the techy hard as he assumed it was perhaps handset issue, explained its tell tell battery degradation and that I would never send off my handset in todays day and age anyway. They allowed me to buy my own and are adding the money for it in the form of credit to my account / bill. I got the battery that comes with white charge case / coffin from Amazon after verifying that was fine. So just be aware that you've got a small amount of time to push for a new battery still. I have noticed the new one lasting longer as you can imagine, very handy being able to charge the second in its enclosure separately though!
