It would let you know on activation. I am hearing conflicting information on Dead Island Franchise Pack so not sure on that one. Metro definitely locked.

Well, I mistakenly purchased the Dead Island Franchise Pack this morning without reading the listing page.

But, its redeemed and is downloading as we speak.

Yeah, DS are usually quite strict on their locking. I purchased Metro quite some time back from Humble Store using a VPN. I'm not really a bit Dead Island fan, but for the price of a double cheeseburger it can sit in the library.
Weirdly, Dead Island is Mac compatible, but Riptide isn't.

You can get suspended more than once but you can only get banned once! There's no return from that!
