Christmas letters to Santa
Dear boys and girls,
Christmas is a very exciting but busy time for me: the elves are making toys, the reindeer are practising their sleigh runs, and I'm busy preparing my list of who’s been good this year.
I need to let the elves know what to make so to help me out, please let me know what you would like as early as possible.
I will be getting my sleigh ready for the long journey on Christmas Eve and inbetween I will try to reply to as many of you as possible. To make sure I receive your letters, please could you send them to:
It’s really important that you write the address carefully on a stamped envelope, and that you include your full name and address so I can write back to you.
Please send your letters to me by the 6th December so I have time to reply.
Looking forward to delivering your presents on Christmas Eve. Make sure you remember my mince pie and Rudolph’s carrot!
Be good!
Merry Christmas to you all!
From
Father Christmas

I work in the Plymouth mdec as well, you said we answer the letters which isn't correct, we process them as in send them to the destination to be answered but don't answer them ourselves.

Oh I am so hurt by your accusation that not providing a private company with 63p for a letter I could write myself, will result in visits from spirits pleading with me to turn away from sin. Because of course Christmas is all about commercialism, the Christmas spirit is that of filling the coffers of the rich and not at all about the birth of the son of god.
If you can afford it, the NSPCC do a great letter that i used last year for my granddaughter ...they let you include names of the childs friends & relative but best of all you can include something, which in my case was sharing toys that my GC had a problem with!!!...Santa said 'im pleased to see you are sharing your toys, blah blah..' .we were amazed at how she has overly shared everything ever since!!...great cause for underfunded charity

Why would I spend 63p for a generic thing like this, I could do it myself for free, hey kid write your list I will send it to father Christmas, on xmas day leave a note with the presents and dont forget to point him out in the sky on xmas eve when the iss passes, I believe its passing on the correct day this year, my kid loved it last year.
Wouldn't be so bad if it was freepost with a minimum £1 donation to charity but this is just a way to sell more over priced stamps.

What?!?....All this time I have been led to believe....the deceit, the lies...I wish I had not seen this. But then who has been eating the pies every christmas eve?!? The carrots? The dog cannot reach the mantlepiece.....could it be....could it be the wife? Has she been sustaining this chronic deception, this charade? What a fool I have been...But no longer! This christmas! When the time is right! I shall be the one who laughs, I will catch her in the act, reveal the deceit. If only I had put together the clues sooner....the santa's outfit "bought for me" which I have never worn.....The carrots bought for "christmas dinner" I always suspected there wasn't as much on my plate as what she had bought.....such a fool. Divorce will follow.....

Without doubt (IMHO), the best Christmas message your child can receive!
You fill out the details, enter the childs name and listen to Santa repeat it, upload pictures if you wish, even customise the message for your child
We have been using this for years and it's magical to see your childrens face when you play the message to them from Santa.
Go onto the website and register your interest and they email you a link when its up and running
theres also a NORAD powered website where you can track Santa and his sleigh as he delivers around the world
great for getting them into bed Christmas eve!
It's quite a sweet thing when it pops through the door. Yes of course you can do it yourself but my time is worth more than 63p so I'd rather let Royal Mail do it & walk the young one to the post box to send it & wait for it to arrive. This is a nice alternative to all these companies charging £2-£5 for a similar service.
