When ever there is a deal on vegetarian products there's always idiots who try to have a go about the products, hot from me, vegetarian for 20 years and my whole family are,

Nah we're just morally obliged to our principles and convictions. I've not always been a vegan but stuff like this has helped me and many others make the change. If I can survive on food which doesn't involve the slaughter and abuse of innocent animals then FFS I will.
I personally don't go around trying to change someone's dietary lifestyle, it's not my place to do so. You should not be going around telling vegetarians to eat a chicken, no matter what you believe in.

have to say as an omnivore, I thought I might like Quorn but think it is not something I'd like to have to eat on a regular basis. There's loads of other non carnivorous options out there that are actually delicious and enjoyable to eat. As a side note, are there any meat based dishes that pretend to be vegetable options for carnivores?

Whenever I've looked for this "offer" in my nearest Morrison's the shelf above the label has been piled high with 300g packets which (of course) cost more and contain less. You have been warned!

This isn't a vegetable either, as far as I'm aware? Then again I'm just a fun guy, here for the comments. There are loads of delicious meat free options for food in my not so humble opinion but Quorn isn't one of them in my experience.
