This title seems to be £40+ EVERYWHERE new, £24.99 on both X1 and PS4.
With EA SPORTS Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR, we want to give you the ability to customize your gameplay experience to your liking. There are three gameplay styles to choose from: Arcade, Classic and Tour.
Arcade: This style uses a simple analog swing mechanic that is familiar to those who have played previous versions of PGA TOUR. The length of your backswing determines the power of your shot, while keeping your swing on plane affects accuracy. Additionally, aids like power boost, spin, and an aiming arc will help make this style the most accessible. It’s like slipping right back into a comfortable, broken-in pair of golf spikes.
Classic: Remember how you used to push the “A Button” back in the day to set the power, then tap it again to lock in accuracy? Classic controls bring those days back, using a 3-Click meter to determine how far your shot goes and how accurate you hit it. However, this isn’t some rookie mode, you’ve got to get the timing just right to hit the perfect shot. You also can’t add spin, so if the ball starts veering off-line you’ll just have to be ready to deal with the consequences.

Seems a really good price but stopped buying the series as playing the comp i use to romp to victory too easily with ridiculous scores.
So my question is, is it a challenge or very easy.
Heat for the price though.

And that Tiger game with the targets. There were some killer songs on the soundtrack for that game mode!

Anyone else seen it in Asda? Or is that just wild goose chase (store specific)? Saw it at full price last night I think.

How does the career mode compare to the likes of TW 13 and 14? I heard it was heavily stripped down.

Gameplay in this game is amazing, the only issue is lack of content.
Anyway the game has already got 2 free courses via DLC and over the next 5 months it's also getting 2 additional pros, 4 courses and new game modes all for free as well.
Given that it's easily worth this price if you like golf games.

I used to love the old PGA tour games but I've not heard good things about this one sadly!:disappointed:

I'd ignore the negatives to be honest.
I almost avoided it, but apart from the missing Masters I think it's great.
