Next year they will release a 4k remastered version.. Its a waste of money. Its not like the games on the ps3 were some block 16-bit effort and you will really noticed that much of a difference in this new version.

Now if they want to remaster some c64 games for the ps4 then thats maybe something worthy of the title of remastered.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I strongly disagree. Have you actually played this re-master? I feel sorry for you that you're so blindsided that you can't appreciate the quality of the gameplay and storytelling that's on offer here. I've never played these games before, but honestly my opinion couldn't be more different than yours. I've had a complete blast playing these games so far, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bought last week from Rakuten... Haven't even unwrapped the box.

I pre-ordered at £35 from Simply games and it arrived 6 days early! I've not played all the games before. I thought the first one was really enjoyable and then I started the second one... Oh my life it's good! I would strongly recommend giving Simply Games £33 in exchange for this fine trilogy of games! :stuck_out_tongue:

Great deal. Went hunting for the collection yesterday but the stores didn't have any in stock, apart from one that were charging £47. Glad I held back. Played them all once before on the PS3 and enjoyed all of them. The 2nd one is definitely the highlight of the 3.

I played the demo and wasn't blown away by the HD gloss but then, they were gorgeous-looking games on the PS3 (as Tomb Raider was) so it was going to be a tough job to make a massive difference.
I still have my PS3 and there's nothing new for me here but for anyone new to Sony for this generation of consoles, you owe it to yourself to play these games...
Whether you buy this or rattle through them on PS Now is up for debate (especially as Drake's Fortune is on the free 7 day trial).

I feel sorry for any people who have't played this that will buy this as the games have aged terribly with floaty controls and the awful gameplay stands out even more that they will regret buying it and wonder what the hype was about. The games aren't even lookers anymore as well so your only really playing for the story which i thought was nothing special. Uncharted 1 is damn near unplayable and 3 was meh so those two games are artificially increasing the price. Uncharted 2 was really the only good one and even that has aged poorly.

I paid £30 and a few pennies for this via bespoke, it was with gameseek. I was told it's been dispatched by bespoke but all seems a bit messy and can't even view my order on bespoke.

Checked bespoke reviews and now more concerned lol so emailed gameseek to see if they can confirm it's been sent.

I owned a 360 and never played Uncharted apart from the demo which was good fun. Does anyone know which of the three games the demo is from?

Missed out on Uncharted so got this on release. Being a PS4 exclusive, I seriously doubt the price will drop far for a while. Started Uncharted 1 yesterday and so far, looks pretty, but the controls on the first boat action sequence felt very clunky. Coming from MGS V to this and I could definitely see, and feel the difference!

That being said, I am willing to give this a go. Until Fallout next month :smile:

Be aware that these come from UAE. I got mine from Simplygames at £35 early also like 5 days before launch. You will not be able to tradein. The boxart has a yellow spot on Nates gun, no text just the spot = UAE copy.

In no rush to get this. Imho it is worth about £30 tops, it's just a remaster. I'll wait until it drops below £20. It's Single Player so no need to get it at the same time as anyone else.

Paid £38 and got £10 back via credit from Rakuten the other week but this is a great deal!

I had never played the original games and really wanted to dip in, now I am nearly done with Uncharted 2 and still have the third to get into. My only issue is the first game can be frustrating at times but hardly had issues with 2 as it has better pacing and a better story, can see why some say 2 is the best of the trilogy.

Even on PS4 1080P is as good as it's going to get (for games at least). 4K is a pipe dream and even if a inbetween resolution was possible it would be useless for TVs as they are either 1080P or 4K there are none in between. A lot of the more complex/detailed games like Witcher 3 don't break the 30fps barrier at 1080P so really it is only 'just' powerful enough for good smooth 1080P gaming.

I have no problem at all with these remasters and can't really understand the moaners, no one is forcing you to buy them and it's not even like they are saying we are doing a remaster instead of a sequel, which I agree would be annoying, uncharted 4 is coming next year, so if you already have these on PS3 just skip them and get uncharted 4 next year.

The only issue I have is the trend of calling them HD remasters, Full HD or 1080P remaster would be more accurate since they are already in HD (albeit 720P) on PS3.

Bespoke wont match gameseek for me ?

Sod the moaners, been playing this again this week and loving it, bit retro yes but that's no bad thing and considering the age of the games I've forgotten most of the 1st one anyway so feels like I'm playing a new game again.

I'm not sure everyone gets the same offer. I'm new to bespoke.

What I did was found the game at £37 on amazon the other day. I clicked beat my price on bespoke and copied the link over and a few hours later I was offered £30.46p from gameseek.

Slightly annoyed as I bought this for £40, a few days ago. Why has it dropped already within a week of release.

Got this game as part of a bundle and they're Ok. I don't understand the hype, i guess back in the day they might've been good, but now they're pretty bleh. I mean compared to Tomb Raider these are pretty awful!
Bad shooting mechanics, easy gameplay, all puzzles are ones a 5 year old could solve... And story is again pretty bland. Graphics aren't much of an upgrade from PS3 apart from 1080 and 60fps too. Save your money!

Last of Us on PS4 still best game I have played-didn't have PS3. So love Naughty Dog and bought these. Just finished first one and it's great, not Last Of Us great, but great. Just started second one, graphics a big jump, seems really good. Naughty Dog are the dog's.

I imagine this gen will have a bunch of remasters.

I wasn't a fan of these games originally. Tomb raider reboot was far better last generation in this genre. I can't see why you would want these remastered play on the PS3 if you really want to play the,.

I have been looking for a deal like this, so thanks for posting. Ordered mine yesterday and have been playing it today, very happy indeed. If you haven't played these games on the PS3 (or are / have been an Xbox owner) then buy it, the games are all good in their own right. If (like me) you played the games on the PS3 then buy it again and enjoy these fantastic games in their newly enhanced format. £32 for a collection of the best games to ever grace the PS3 is a no brainer and will set you up nicely for the brand new installment which launches in 2016.

Its funny how the Sony hardcore fanboys makes the Uncharted franchise seem better than it really is. Gameplay is clunky and awful and anyone who says otherwise is lying to your face.

This makes no difference whatsoever. Nobody is going to say anything if you resell it on ebay or cex etc once you finish with it. The only store that would remotely have a chance to turn you away would be GAME, but who trades in there anyway unless they enjoy being ripped off.

Got it today and have played it for a couple of hours, what a fantastic game! Had an xbox before so not seen it until now. Worth every penny!

Uncharted 2 is one of the finest experiences a console game can provide. I have been playing games since the days of the 48k spectrum all the way to XB360/PS3, so i have pretty much seen it all. UC3 was pretty good but felt like a step backwards in the series.

I do most of my gaming on my PC these days but its pretty much nailed on (barring awful reviews) that i will be buying a PS4 and a copy of UC4 on its release.

£39.99 now :disappointed:
