why can people not just make up there own minds ,I found watchdogs more enjoyable than gta5 so much so I've finished it on pc,ps4,xbox one and just started on wiiu . throughly enjoyed acunity too.

I had a shipping email with original order details so will be a lucky dip to see what arrives, though the kids have there hearts set on the COD pack, and since its what I ordered I can't really complain :-\

I've been offered the same bundle for my 2 kids, they are over the moon as they prefer COD to assassins creed, hats off to hmv, OK they weren't the fastest replying but I wasn't in a hurry for the consoles. I ordered this on 23rd october but still haven't received, they took funds on 24th from my bank but my account is showing as processing order still. I have emailed them today through their contact us from to find out what's going on as they state on the website pre orders will be dispatched to arrive on release date which the site indicated was 26th October.

This arrived yesterday - Drake separate, AC and watch dogs in with 1TB console. So looks like back in stock and can be dispatched very quickly when they want to - I got the email saying dispatched Thurs -delivered in UK Fri lunchtime. Only one thing I'd mention - my bank did do a £9.00 foreign transaction for the euro payment, so you may want to factor that in when looking at price.

Finally had an email back from HMV who are dispatching today. Great news. Glad I saved my £35 and got Unchartered with it as well.

HMV are a 'dodgy seller'? They are a massive company. I am having issues but I don't think its fair to say I should have expected them.

Got mine from Argos in the end. £35 more but with free PS TV which I actually want. Also a UK seller and picked up today with no grief. Sometimes it's not worth chasing a few quid discount by going with a dodgy seller.

Go for the Amazon France. Being shipped tomorrow and already received the Uncharted game :smiley: as for warranty- I read that it is fine as part of the EU- may just have to be sent back to France for repairs.Glad you got your refund too.

Mine still say processing and I've used the contract us form twice, once yesterday and again this morning, no reply yet. Ordered two on Monday on two separate orders. Would be nice to know what's going on.

I have no idea what's going on. I have been back and forth with them for days now. They have taken money and it says shipped on my account plus I received a dispatch email.

I asked them on Facebook to clear up what was going on and they said that it hadn't actually been shipped yet and they will process me a refund.Don't have a bloody clue. I have my French ps4 on its way however- hurrah.

OK so despite me cancelling this order before money was processed, it has been shipped and I have been charged. Which is excellent if it is the new c-chassis model. Problem is that Amazon.fr have already shipped the uncharted part of the bundle and won't allow me to cancel the order for the console.

Just been in contact with them. I Ordered Friday afternoon but they haven't been able to ship as they are OOS. Said they are expecting stock and will dispatch either on friday or monday! Can't really be bothered with them at this stage plus looking to get a ps4 asap so decided to cancel the order, going to go and get the game deal in store!

I ordered two, on two separate orders, on Monday. Money has been taken for both and they are still both marked as order processing, so I have got in touch with them to find out when they'll be sent. Hopefully hear something soon.

Just had confirmation via Facebook that this is the newer c chassis :smiley: I was considering the Amazon France deal too but I read in one of the threads that if you need to make use of the warranty but you dont have a French address your a bit screwed. You might want to check that out!

I placed the order but requested it get cancelled after not being able to get in contact with them to query why it was still processing etc. Got a bit wary of the "aircom lines are down" and endless "advisors are busy" messages and no option to cancel online.

I was replied to on their Facebook page saying they've just had a bank holiday and order was under process in warehouse. It seems legit just poor service. Reordered from Amazon France exactly same deal but the 1tb c-chassis (CUH-12xx) and AC syndicate bundle with uncharted collection thrown in. I wasn't sure about the hmv one as picture shows glossy hard drive casing.

Checked my credit card and payment has been taken for the €399 (second order without discount code). Emailed them and they responded saying its being sent out today. My account still shows as order being processed when I just looked though. Payment was taken under Xtravision -so you could try their telephone number to check?

Couple of things -when I re-ordered the €5.00 code wouldn't work. Also looked at Xtravision site again and they now have the deal shown at £299 -yep pounds. Thanks for heads up on bank holiday. Ordered on Friday but got cancellation notice on Saturday. Had auto call from bank saying had stopped payment, spoke to bank and got them to agree to accept payment (via credit card) and tried to contact them to re-order. Notice that HMV IE and Xtravision are same company (same co reg number if you look) but lousy reviews and complaints of stuff not arriving. They are only contactable mon -fri between 9-5.30 which is odd for an online HMV company? Anyway no response on second order so far.Will let you know -still shows as available on site in theory. Certainly wouldnt risk direct debit payment with them -make sure credit card payment so some insurance.

Thanks! It's odd though that HMV doesn't seem to mention anywhere on the site that it trades as both names. It was really dodgy to me that a random company that I'd never heard of was trying to take money from my credit card. Plus their followup email just said 'The item(s) you have ordered are either temporarily out of stock or have been found to be unsuitable for sale' - nothing about a payment being refused.

Finally, why are many people getting their purchases rejected by their banks? It doesn't bode well.

My order just got cancelled too. And then my bank rang me up to query a transaction made from a company called 'Xtravision', for roughly the same £amount as this PS4 bundle. What's really dodgy is the cancellation email claims that no payment was attempted, and yet my bank did receive the charge. If I had accepted the transaction as genuine, I'd be out of pocket and still with a cancelled order.

What is the link between HMV Ireland and Xtravision? I didn't think there was any, having not heard of the company before. Are thee 1TB devices still using HDD as opposed to SSD? My 500GB one that I stuck a 1TB SSD in flies along now, things like destiny which load people in at the same time, I fly in about 20 seconds faster than my mates.

I saw the same thing. Check in your PayPal transaction and you should see the discount. It shows what you paid and the value of the offer code. I assumed it's so the seller receives the full amount.

Not trying to defend Ubisoft, I am a victim of the terrible Unity launch last year, but it doesn't look like an awful game.

It's a great price, but don't expect great shakes from Watch Dogs. It's entertaining enough, but no brilliant masterpiece. I'm guessing Assassins Creed won't be great either.

However, at less than the RRP of the console to get three games chucked in is brilliant, particularly two new releases
