I've applied for one of these. The docs I've downloaded don't mention 27 months 0%. Just 16 months.
Has anyone received docs mentioning 27 months please

Terrible customer service via Bank of Ireland. I wouldn't go near them again no matter how good the offer. Took months for my introductory balance transfer fee to be refunded, after numerous calls and emails.
