Just beware that in the past Sony have insisted that any warranty work must be done with the originating country using an originating country's address. That means it has to be returned to Sony France from a French address (Sony arrange collection for warranty work). So as long as you're aware that you basically have no warranty with these, should something go wrong, then that's OK. Lots got caught out when the PS3s got the YLOD and some got borked during FW upgrades.

First of all, is this the new c-chassis that will work in the UK?
Second, will we need a voltage adapter to plug in the uk or will any old european to uk adapter work?
thanks

UK & Western European mains voltages are now specified to overlap these days (i.e. tolerances relaxed) so that all consumer products can be used across the whole of Europe. It's purely the mechanics of the plugs/sockets which differ so yes.

Should be £199 they have the same games still as ps3, if you want better graphic just buy a card for pc.

Unless of course they don't have the PC to start with. I personally enjoy PC gaming (many genres of game I like either aren't available or don't lend themselves to playing on a console), but the majority of my friends console game and only have laptops rather than full PCs.

I'd hold off for a short while perhaps. Sony have confirmed that the UK will receive a £50 price cut on PS4s starting from today. I'm guessing there will be a few good deals pretty soon.

Really tempting deal. Probably the best we've seen for a PS4, excluding Rakuten points deals... But I'd quite like a white console! Will probably wait for Black Friday deals but may have to reconsider if all the best deals seem to be on the black consoles.
