Omz14. The screwfix one looks much better and has 17mm socket useful for wheel nuts.

How does this one look?
It says it's chrome vanadium
The quality of this set as been covered in the comments above.(ie poor quality). This is said to be a starter set and lets face it you have to start somewhere, but not with this set. The selection of tools is poor, why for example would they include the AF sockets these are not used on modern vehicles. In 3/8 drive you only have 2 metric sockets 14,15mm. You get 14. 1/4 drive mm sockets this is good but these are operated with a 3/8 drive ratchet and a stepdown adaptor(not so good). I would argue that a set of combination pliers would be much better than the long nose pliers and a hammer instead of the molegrips. I would say that there are relatively few jobs that you could complete with this selection of tools, so it it's not really much use as a starter set.
I would suggest you start out with set of combination spanners and then start adding tools when you can afford to.
I'm not going to vote cold because it gets decent reviews but I just do not see the sense in buying it.

lolled @ 'Perhaps not dewalt quality but then again it isn't dewalt price ' Believe me Dewalt isn't quality.
Taiwanese or Chinese? Looks like poor quality Chinese tools to me. Taiwanese are normally better. Some tool sets have a mixture of Chinese and Taiwanese with Taiwanese for most used parts but this looks all Chinese.

The ratchet that is supplied in this set is absolutely awful, very likely the same one as the £6 Rolson on Amazon.

Going by others in the 'Phaze' range, these sockets appear to be carbon steel, not chrome vanadium, so useless

Great kit. Got the same couple years ago (was on sale for 12.50). Good quality tools, handy case. Heat.

Honestly, is not your usual Halfords quality. I bought it 3 years ago and the ratchet didn't last long and the case is very poor. Best to look at it in store first in my opinion.
