Interestingly they are claiming 100000 IOPS reading on a 120GB drive, powered by a Phison S10 controller. I find that really difficult to believe on a drive that small. Maybe it does, but I can't find a single benchmark for the 120GB model.

It seems like decent specs for 120GB drive.
