I believe this is actually completely useless now.
The Skype app was removed from the store and I'm not sure there's much in terms of games that use it.

The Vita branding doesn't mean you have to use them on your Vita device, they can be used on your PS4, (will be a massive improvement over the crap that comes with the console,) Xbox One, you Android phones, it's pretty much a regular four pole earphone.

I bought mine for £5 from last time. They're as good as you can get for sub-£10. They sound tinny and the bass is awful. Forgot the main reason I gave them away, something about the sound was distorted and made them unbearable. The mic is okay for handsfree and the on/off switch is convenient. The buds themselves are hard and cheap, not comfortable for long periods.
There's a lot of reviews saying they're amazing and the best thing ever but they really aren't. I see a lot of those kinds of reviews for cheap headphones. You get what you pay for.
Had mine for over 2 years and I can tell you for free they are the best investment I have ever made including using them on my PSP, Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 heat
I agree I bought these a while ago based on the Amazon reviews. Even for the price I found them quite disappointing, they just felt really cheap and sound terrible to me.

no thanks, any head/ear phones with a mic will do! I use my Marshall over ear headphones, quality and comfort. good for games like killzone mercenary, which use the chat feature.
HEAT tho, for the price!
