HMV are offering the selection of soon to be released Disney blu-rays that were only available on DVD previously. Link goes to Treasure Planet, other titles have links in first post. Free delivery over £10 else £2, but worth getting a few at this price.
Bargain for these as next best price is £8.99 at Base then £10+ at Amazon etc . Disney blu-rays rarely go this cheap as is.
Surprisingly Amazon have stopped selling majority of these now for some reason.

Mine arrived today I ordered
Basil the Great Mouse Detective
Fun and Fancy Free/The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
The Rescuers/The Rescuers Down Under
No DMR unfortunately but they were a great price anyway. Just need them to release Saludos Amigos, The Three Caballeros, Make Mine Music & Melody Time.

I think they are phasing out Disney movie rewards , lot of other companies have got rid of their reward systems. They haven't had points in any titles since around the release of Ratatouille 3D/Big Hero 6

Just a quick aside in case anyone (i.e. me) thinks they're losing their marbles....The Rescuers has been on Blu-Ray before on its own...I was sure I'd bought it before but cheapest I can find on-line is £8.99 from Base.com so better to buy the "duo" blu-ray...also don't think it was numbered in the "classic" tradition on its own but haven't got a clue where I've put it so can't check.

Slightly off topic I know but does anybody know which dvd/bluray has a feature (probably a short cartoon as me and my niece caught the end of the trailer but we didn't catch the title and she was laughing her head off at it) it had Mickey mouse and some other characters racing around but he was shaped like a huge ball, almost like a football.

And included Big Hero 6

Yeah i really like Treasure Planet, i like all the steampunk style stuff. Theres a Rescuers release on bluray already , just sequel was only DVD. This new release works out a lot cheaper though, and ideal.
Id personally much rather have individual releases for the sake of the numbered spines, i like to put them in order on my shelf.

Treasure Island is a hugely underrated film in my opinion at this price on blu ray it is a steal.... my wife made me buy The Rescuers, not bad I suppose for a double bill.......

I wasn't sure if there all were yet or if they were still offering a mixture. It would be good if they were all region free now.

True, but it's not in the title so they're not £6.99 each including delivery. Not saying it's a bad deal but I only wanted one.

Fantastic price. Will be picking all of these up for that. Pretty much the same as the BOGOF prices.

It does say in the description, but that's still if you buy one. And even then its joint cheapest price. at this price its wise to get more than 1, which youd get free postage

Funny you mention that, as theres a blu-ray steelbook coming out soon. It was accidentally listed for pre order on Amazon the other day. But realistically it will be a Zavvi release as they do the Disney steels over here
A few other blurays are limited edition steelbooks only over here like Vanishing Point and Desperado

Was hoping they'd release Mickey Christmas Carol with this wave of releases. But I'm happy to see Rescuers Double coming out at last.

Think they are mainly focusing on their " Animated Classics ", which that isn't one by their definition.
Theres a few im guessing will come in later waves like Black Cauldron and their pre war/war time musicals like Three Caballeros and Melody Time (not that the latter are any good)

Great to see some of these films coming to blu-ray, although I might pay the extra few pounds to get them region free from Amazon, for travel.
Edit:
"Please be aware that the Blu-rays displayed on store.hmv.com are Region B unless stated otherwise.
Region B: Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand"

Its the same discs regardless id of figured. A lot of Disney blurays are region free. Its technically labelled as Region B but they are region free. Much like several Region A releases are region free despite what they say.
Just that Amazon have worldwide delivery do they tend to state region free.
