Don't know if this is a good deal or not but if you're buying these pods (at this price) you can get a free coffee machine that you could give away as a Christmas present. I personally drink cheap instant unless I'm out. There are also other machines available for £1 depending on how many pods you are willing to buy upfront.

OK, here goes
take off the £89 price of this machine which means you are getting 400 capsules for £32
so the machine costs £89 and you are getting your pack of capsules for 8p each which is very cheap for Nespresso capsules!
A very good deal imo!

Given that many people buy 200 capsules to get free delivery - this is hot!

May seem like a dumb question coming from a tassimo owner, but can you make any sort of milk based coffee with a nespresso?

No they all only have coffee in them. You can get flavoured ones though.(not milk)

Milk based drinks e.g. cappuccino, lattte , flat white etc require a separate milk frother or aeroccino
Looks like you need a coupon code/invire from a "flyer" in order to purchase this offer....
friend of mine paid £39 for this machine Currys a couple of months ago nothing great ,I bought one from aldi takes pods and normal coffee and has a frother for £49 so cold for me

Looks like previous deals may be around £50 in general which still makes each Nespresso pod 17p each which all in all still seems like very good value for the machine and pods!

I don't do coffee machines anymore.
Tassimo machine. Was around £130 down to £35 (old Xmas sale)
I ordered it, 3 days after got a refund email no idea why. 8 hours later got email for delivery. Was confused. A week later a free machine turned up at the house.
bought the coffees for them. Spent a ton of money on pods (over the months) and I was ALWAYS disappointed by size and sometimes taste of a new flavour. So the machine has sat unused for months. I need out clean it and throw on eBay.
Got myself a frother plunger jug, and flavour syrups and I make my own coffees within 3 or so minutes. Tastes much nicer, also bigger glassss and aren't a rip off from costs of 8 pod drinks.

Nespresso are the only brand of capsule/bag etc. based coffee machines that I've experienced that are actually any good. I've tried Tassmio ones in the past and they've always tasted pretty terrible. I previously owned a Senso Machine too and it was... okay. But you always had to put the coffee in a microwave after making it unless you wanted to drink it cold.
Nespresso machines (and the coffee they have on offer) are way better in my experience. Super simple to use, good hot coffee every time. (It helps that Nespresso machines actually put 19 bar pressure through the machine so actually are capable of making a decent espresso) I'm partial to the Fortissio Lungo capsules myself; very nice as an espresso or late. I picked up a white Nespresso Inissia (machine) + Aeroccino (milk frother) bundle up for £80 around 5 months ago, and it's been well worth what I paid for it IMO; especially as the frother is normally £50 and I got £25 worth of coffee vouchers too.

Where can you get the flyers? Are they in store, or at promotional "pop ups" or mailed? Have been looking at Nespresso machines for a while, but not yet taken the plunge. Thinking of one for the office where the hassle of bean to cup machines (noise, cleaning, time to warm up from cold) make them less attractive.
aravin to Pixelfill
14 Oct 15#68
I had one (which is now expired code) emailed to office. it seems to be targeted at businesses. I am guessing but would think they are marketing on the basis to give the machines for £1 so they sell more capsules. I love nespresso and use milk frother at home. however for the office bought nescafe pod machine because the milk is in a pod. in my opinion the coffee from nescafe is no where near as nice but there is no washing up. with nespresso the frother needs cleaning well after every use otherwise milk burns on bottom. also the amount of milk used is quite a bit. with nescafe no washing up and milk is long life in capsules. I have sacrificed on taste for the office for easy and lots more choice; hot chocolate, chai latte. ....

I bought this coffee machine last Black Friday for £29.99 from Tesco included a £10 off £20 spend on coffee pods online from Nespresso, also I used £6 off £40 spend voucher from Tesco. It was reduced from its RRP price at £99.99, so watch out this black friday for simillar deals, therefore, it's not a deal for me.

When they (companies) let consumers (us) think that they are getting a great deal for paying £121 for coffee worth less than a £5 in the whole sale with a coffee machine that cost them about £10 to be made in China, then I pretty much believe that this is a great deal for the company and not for the consumers. This shows another successful deal that psychoanalysts used by capitalists managed to control human minds.
