I just got an email to say Big Hero 6 from my order has been cancelled, as "these items are either temporarily out of stock or have been found to be unsuitable for sale" :disappointed:

Just looked again, and they have a couple back in stock, including 101 Dalmations, Wreck-it-Ralph, Pinocchio, Bambi

Think I got the last copy of Hercules, as that is now back to "Awaiting Stock"

I recieved 1 of the 4 blurays this morning. It's clearly second hand, not sealed, case is tatty and the disc is covered in finger prints!! When you ring the complaints number you get a recorded message saying there closed for the weekend, on a Monday!?

Just received my order and was really surprised that they are new edition with o-rings,well pleased.

I'm surprised, as received mine today.
Big Hero 6 looks like a second hand version
Snow White is brand new, and still sealed
Cinderella had the new edition O-rings cover, but with an empty ex-rental case for Pacific Rim, so no Blu-ray at all

Wow from the sounds of things I'm waiting on one of them lucky bags that they used to sell down the local market with random junk in them lol. I wonder what I'll receive.

Edit: For the record I've ordered 8 different disney blu rays.

Big Hero 6 arrived but not sealed. Condition seems near perfect, although there's nothing but the disc inside the case. No sign of my other order. I think we have been had.

I emailed them and complained 8.5hrs ago and they have not replied. There complaints phone line has a recorded message saying closed for the weekend still ....

I know we're all awaiting for some of our orders, but they seem to have all the blu-rays in stock, and the offer is still active

I'm waiting on 3 from last weeks order received 1 of 4. Order 3 others on Monday.

I ordered te princess and the frog blu ray and the bloody dvd just turned up! this company are a shambles.

Still no reply to my email, not able to speak to anyone on the phone........ Total joke of a company, will have to contact my credit card company if they don't sort it out.

Got some of my other Blu-rays through today, and all brand new, sealed with the o-ring covers.
In regards to the ex rental pacific rim case, they requested me to send back, and have (supposedly) sending a correct replacement today.

They replied to my email today stating they will send me a replacement for the second hand item........I still dont have 2 of the 4 I ordered ....

Had my second order arrive today,all there and brand new with o-rings so am well happy but just tried to order some more and when you add the code it puts them all up to full price but if you leave the code off they are all bogof so £6 each,also the £5 off code puts their prices up too so if your going to order just don't add any codes and makes sure you order an even number.

Have the discount codes officially expired on this deal now?

Received one still waiting for the other DVD now. Used their online form to get in touch and heard nothing back. Awful customer service.

Check your spam folder that's where my response was....They told me I need to wait until the 31/10 to claim for lost items told them that was unacceptable

The email says posted on 15th day after. I also ordered 3 others on 19th there were posted 20th. 5 more to come. Brave and Beauty and Beast so far!

2nd order of 3 came today. Waiting for 2 of my order from 4 now. Big Hero 6 is one them.

Got all the outstanding ones today, and all were sealed versions, and all but 1 had the O-rings on.

Just hoping that they contain the DMR rewards which I will save until they have a new film to download as I should have 2100 points if they all contain the points, and don't want them to expire now they have this 6 month limit.

In regards to the wrong disc that was sent, I sent that back, and they sent out a replacement, but then received a second brand new copy, after they replied to my original enquiry via the form (which was about 3 days later, than the original request via the email address). Guessing two different departments dealing with the emails.

Still waiting for 2 of mine from middle of the month, what e-mail did people contact them as not heard back from them yet. Did it 3 days ago.

Ordered 5 on the 18th of October. Dispatched on the 20th. Three arrived on time, all spot on. Still waiting for 2. Longer now than the agreed delivery time. Either a lost delivery or in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Benefit of the doubt, giving 14 days and waiting until the 3rd of November before pursuing the matter further.
